At The Sock and Awe Shop, we don’t just sell socks; we sell attitude, comfort, and a little bit of chaos. Our customer service philosophy is built on transparency, empathy, and a healthy dose of sarcasm. Here’s what we stand for:

1. We’re Here for You (Unless You’re Mean)

We believe in kindness, even when things go sideways. We’ll treat you with respect, humor, and honesty, and we expect the same in return. Sock emergencies? We’ve got you. Sock tantrums? Not so much.

2. Real People, Real Help

No bots. No copy-paste nonsense. When you reach out, you’ll get a real human who actually cares (and probably owns too many socks). We’ll listen, solve problems, and maybe even make you laugh.

3. Fast-ish Responses

We aim to respond within 24–48 hours, because we know waiting sucks. But we’re a small team, and sometimes life happens. If we’re slower than usual, we’ll own it and keep you updated.

4. Mistakes Happen. We Fix Them.
