Returns & Refunds

We get it, sometimes socks just don’t spark joy. If you're not totally in love with your purchase, here's how we handle returns and refunds:
Eligibility

You have 10 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused with the original tags still attached and in the original packaging which must be in the original condition (yes, we can tell).

Clearance or final sale items are non-refundable unless defective.
How to Start a Return

Email us at thesockandaweshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll send you return instructions. Customers are responsible for paying for return postage.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method. If the items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied
Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or we messed up (oops).
Exchanges
Want a different size or design? Just return the original item and place a new order. It’s faster and easier for everyone.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrived looking like it lost a fight with a raccoon, email us ASAP at thesockandaweshop@gmail.com with photos. We’ll fix it.

Because waiting for socks shouldn’t feel like waiting for a new season of your favourite show. Free shipping within North American for all orders over $150.00CDN
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Canada, the U.S., and select international destinations. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, email us we might be able to help!
How long does shipping take?
Please note that all orders are processed on business days only, Monday – Friday excluding statutory holidays.

Canada: 3–7 business days

U.S.: 5–10 business days

International: 10–21 business days (customs delays are real)
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount.
Do you offer tracking?
Yes! You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If it’s missing, check your spam folder or email us.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at thesockandaweshop@gmail.com ASAP. Once it’s out the door, we can’t reroute it.
My order hasn’t arrived, help!
If it’s been longer than the estimated delivery time, contact us. We’ll investigate and make sure your socks find their way home.
