Welcome to The Sock and Awe Shop! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or purchasing from our shop, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our site (but we’ll miss you).

  • Provide accurate information when placing orders

  • Not attempt to hack, spam, or otherwise mess with our systems

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or block access if we suspect misuse.

 

2. Products & Orders

We do our best to describe and display our products accurately, but:

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings

  • Sizes are approximate (check our size guide!)

  • We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue items at any time

Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. We’ll let you know if there are any issues with fulfillment.

 

3. Shipping & Returns

Shipping times and costs are listed at checkout. We ship with care, but once your order leaves our hands, delays may occur due to carriers.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our site including designs, logos, images, and text is owned by The Sock and Awe Shop or our vendors/suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without permission. (Sock theft is real, and we take it seriously.)

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content:

  • You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it

  • You confirm it’s your original work and doesn’t violate anyone’s rights

  • We may remove or edit content at our discretion

 

6. Limitation of Liability

We’re not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Losses due to delays, errors, or third-party issues

  • Sock-related emotional trauma (just kidding… kind of)

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here with the updated effective date. Continued use of our site means you accept the new Terms.
