Customer Policy for The Sock and Awe Shop - We love our customers. We also love boundaries.

At The Sock and Awe Shop, we’re committed to creating a shopping experience that’s fun, fair, and respectful, for everyone involved. This Customer Policy outlines what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.

1. Respect Goes Both Ways

We treat our customers with kindness, honesty, and sarcasm (the good kind). In return, we ask that you:

  • Communicate respectfully with our team

  • Avoid abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language

  • Understand that we’re human (even if our socks are superhuman)

 

2. Order Accuracy & Support

We do our best to get your order right the first time. If something’s off:

  • Contact us at thesockandaweshop@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order

  • Include your order number and a clear description of the issue

  • We’ll work with you to fix it—whether that means a replacement, refund, or a virtual hug

 

3. Returns & Refunds

Our full Returns & Refunds Policy 

  • You have 10 days from the delivery date to request a return.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused with the original tags still attached and in the original packaging which must be in the original condition (yes, we can tell).

  • Clearance or final sale items are non-refundable unless defective.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

 

4. Promotions & Discounts

We love a good deal, and we offer them often. Just a few notes:

  • Promo codes must be applied at checkout we can’t retroactively apply them

  • Discounts can’t be stacked unless we say so

  • Clearance and sales items are final unless otherwise stated

 

5. Privacy & Data

We respect your privacy and protect your data. For details, check out our Privacy Policy. We don’t sell your info, and we won’t spam you unless you ask nicely (by subscribing).

6. Sock and Graphic Tops Humor Disclaimer

Our designs are bold, sarcastic, and sometimes a little spicy. If you’re easily offended by intrusive thoughts on cotton, this might not be the shop for you and that’s okay.
